  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and process on high until well combined and a dough mixture has formed. It may take several minutes. Once done, it should be a thick dough that sticks together.

  2. Using your hands, roll dough into small bite-sized energy bites.

  3. Store in the freezer for 2-3 months or in the refrigerator for 2 weeks. I typically store mine in a large freezer-safe ziplock bag in the freezer and take them out as needed.
