Spirulina Tofu Omelette
A healthy and delicious Spirulina tofu omelette recipe made with the number one Spirulina on Earth. Double your protein without the doubling your carbs!
Makes approximately 4 Servings.
6 Large Eggs
2 Medium Tomatoes, Thickly Sliced
1/3 lbs Tofu, Mashed
1 cup Jack or Cheddar Cheese, Grated
2 tbsp of Chopped Green Onion
1 tbsp of Earthrise® Spirulina
1 tbsp of Sesame Seeds (Optional)
1 tsp Soy Sauce
Sliced Mushrooms (Optional)
Pepper (To taste)
Put a frying pan over a low heat on the stove.
Lightly beat the eggs in a mixing bowl.
Add all the remaining ingredients except the tomatoes and mix well.
Pour the mixture into the frying pan and whisk until the cheese is slightly melted and the eggs are cooked to your liking.
Serve on a plate with tomatoes as a garnish.
Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the Spirulina Tofu Omelette to provide an earthy, nutty crunch.
